$100.00Follow-up your baseline test to check detox progress.

HRV Stress Test-Initial test
$125.00Test that determines autonomic balance between fight/flight and rest/repair using Heart Rate Variability. Markers for brainwaves/function, energy reserves, chronological vs biological age, chakras and meridian systems. Get your baseline and discuss our therapies that balance sympathetic and parasympathetic activation.

HRV Stress Test- Progress Check
$80.00Test that determines autonomic balance between fight/flight and rest/repair using Heart Rate Variability. Markers for brainwaves/function, energy reserves, chronological vs biological age, chakras and meridian systems. Compare to your your baseline after therapies usewd to balance sympathetic and parasympathetic activation.

Common Questions About Biomarker Testing
Answers to frequent questions about procedures, preparation, results, and follow-up testing expectations.
Appointments begin with a brief intake and consent, followed by the selected tests (InBody scan, blood/urine collection, or HRV recording). Most visits take 15–60 minutes. We review results with you and provide a digital report and recommendations.
For InBody testing wear light, form-fitting clothing and remove heavy jewelry. Avoid eating a large meal or intense exercise for 2–3 hours beforehand, and arrive hydrated but not immediately after drinking lots of water for most accurate results.
Initial heavy metal/mineral biomarker tests typically use blood, urine, or hair samples to quantify exposures and mineral status. Results establish a baseline and are interpreted by our clinicians to recommend monitoring frequency, nutritional adjustments, or referrals if needed.
Progress check frequency depends on goals and interventions: heavy metal panels often retested every 3–6 months, InBody tracking monthly to quarterly, and HRV measured more frequently to monitor recovery and stress trends.
HRV stress testing measures beat-to-beat heart rate variability, reflecting autonomic nervous system balance. It indicates recovery, stress resilience, and training readiness, helping clinicians personalize sleep, activity, and stress-management recommendations and long-term monitoring.
Yes — HRV can be used for before/after research protocols with standardized timing, clear participant instructions, and data export options. We support study needs, provide raw data, and collaborate on protocols, consent, and scheduling as requested.
