We use this short time to learn about your main concerns, current symptoms, and what outcomes matter most to you before recommending next steps.
During the call a clinician or intake specialist asks targeted questions, listens to your priorities, and outlines possible pathways. No treatments are performed on the call; instead you receive an explanation of options, an honest assessment of suitability, and clear suggestions about whether an in-person evaluation makes sense.
