What the consultation includes
A Body Transformation Consultation begins with a detailed in-person assessment: measurements, progress photos, and a discussion of your short- and long-term goals. We map target areas — tummy, flanks, booty, thighs, arms, banana roll and bra line — and outline state-of-the-art non-invasive treatments that can help you pursue those objectives.
This is a 45 MINUTES appointment priced at $250 and is appointment-based to fit busy schedules. During the session we review treatment options, pricing, and the sequence of visits needed to start your perfected body transformation. The consult focuses on planning and clarity rather than performing procedures on the same visit.
How results are planned
Planning combines objective measurements with your personal goals and lifestyle. We consider body composition, the areas you want to shape or tighten, and practical constraints like commute schedules and seasonal timing — many clients prefer consults before spring and swimsuit season (January, April, May are busiest). The plan sets realistic steps, not guarantees.
A written plan is provided after the consultation that documents measurements, photos, recommended treatments, and pricing options. That plan helps you compare choices, budget for a program, and coordinate appointments around family or work commitments common in the Ellicott City and Columbia commuter communities.
Choosing treatment options wisely
During the consult we explain non-invasive treatment categories in plain language and weigh trade-offs: number of visits, likely discomfort levels, maintenance, and cost. You decide which target areas to prioritize—tummy, flanks, bra line, banana roll, thighs, arms, or booty—and how to sequence services to fit your calendar and goals.
Because Ellicott City residents often combine services around errands or commutes, we discuss scheduling strategies and bundled pricing where applicable. The conversation covers safety, what to expect during sessions, and how to integrate treatments with exercise and lifestyle adjustments without promising specific cosmetic outcomes.
